01 - How Do I Place An Order?
When you click a "CHECKOUT" link, you will be taken to our “SSL secure server” where you will submit your payment details for order processing. Please ensure that your e-mail address and any other contact information you provide is current and correct.

03 - How Does An Online Consultation Work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam. We do not charge for online consultation.

05 - What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?

We ship to almost every country you can think of. If you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact Service. (Service link should change to service@bigger-x.com)

Normal delivery time for regular shipping is 10-14 business days from shipping date. EMS takes 4-7 days from shipping date.

We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes with FED EX OR DHL. Orders with P.O. Box as an address will be shipped with EMS/USPS.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.

We do not process orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be shipped on Monday.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.

Any chargebacks/disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.

At Bigger-X.com we support our products and services with a 100% guarantee. All our products are sourced only from reputable international companies and suppliers. If your purchase is faulty in any way we'll be pleased to replace it. We are not responsible for orders lost due to unreliable postal services, incorrect address details or customs seizures.

09 - How long do orders take to arrive?

Orders take between 10 and 14(business) days to arrive from the date that your actual payment is processed; usually within 24 hours of your order. We ship our orders daily on a first in first out system. We use registered International Airmail (free of charge) or Express Mail Shipping (with additional charge). All of our orders final delivery time is dependant on the reliability of your postal service. Orders generally arrive within 14 business days, but a small percentage of orders can take longer, due to delays in various postal services or other factors beyond our control. eg: higher than usual customs scrutiny due to current World events. In the event of a non delivery after 14 business days we will re-ship free of charge.

10 - What happens if none of my order arrives?
We do everything humanly possible to ensure that orders are received by our customers. If none of your order has arrived within 14 business (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 24 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention then we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner to the best of our ability.

We will not tolerate credit card chargebacks under any circumstances and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website. If there is a problem we will always sort it out with you and find a solution. That is why we have a structured reship and refund procedure.

11 - Is the service Confidential?
Yes - absolutely. We disclose your details to nobody unless fraud has been committed. All parcels are unmarked as to their contents and plain wrapped.

12 - Billing Information
The transaction will be carried over a secure link. All transactions are encoded for your security and IP addresses recorded. Our card processor will carry out an online authorization of your card and will debit your account if it is cleared. All fraudulent orders are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action will be taken. Warning- Our systems can now identify stolen cards and track the user. If you attempt to use a stolen card it will be reported to the relevant authority in your country.
